5-6 years of experience in woven / PP / HDPE bag manufacturing or related production
Graduate in any discipline (technical qualification preferred)
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and shop-floor supervision
Ability to lead teams and ensure timely output with safety and efficiency
5-6 years of experience in industrial / packaging / B2B business development
MBA in Marketing (preferred)
Capability to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
5-6 years of experience in cable compounds, polymer compounding, XLPE, PVC, PE, FRLS, or cable industry materials
MBA in Marketing / Graduate with strong technical-commercial understanding
Ability to develop new business with cable manufacturers and OEMs
Knowledge of applications, specifications, testing, and compliance in cable compound products
Strong negotiation, market development, and key account management skills
